Strategy game for Mac & iPad · vibecoded
Build a home. Connect a settlement.
A cozy living-logistics strategy game. Every log, stone and loaf is a real object: felled, carried hop by hop along your roads by carriers, handed over at wayposts and delivered where it is needed. You build the roads and set the rules — the settlement runs itself. Click any good to see where it came from, where it is going and why.

In the game
Why I'm building it
I love games where you watch a small economy come alive — and I wanted one where you can follow every single thing that moves. Hearthroads is that game: no abstract stockpile counters, just goods on roads, people carrying them and a settlement that grows around the paths you lay down.
Who it's for
- Players who like calm, unhurried city and settlement builders
- People who enjoy tuning supply chains and watching them flow
- Anyone who wants a native, good-looking strategy game on a Mac or iPad
How it plays
Goods you can follow
Nothing teleports. Wood, stone, grain and bread are carried flag to flag along the roads, handed over at wayposts and delivered where they are needed. Click any of them for its whole story.
Roads are the game
Pull a road out of any flag and it keeps going until it joins the network, with wayposts placed automatically. Make roads one-way, add wayposts, reroute — and watch the traffic change.
Rules, not micromanagement
Set priorities and let the settlement work it out. A logistics view and priority overlay show what is moving, what is waiting and where the bottleneck is.
Homes that grow
Cottages grow in place into family houses and manors as materials arrive. Villagers have homes, walk back along the roads after dark, sleep and are at work again by dawn.
Days and nights
Light shifts from morning to dusk; at night lanterns glow on wayposts and windows light up only where someone is inside.
Walls when you need them
Palisades and stone walls, gates over roads, archers and swordsmen who man the walls — defence that stays part of the logistics, not a separate game.
Design
Warm, low-poly and readable from any zoom: soft terracotta roofs, moss-green meadows and dirt roads that are always the clearest thing on screen. Every input is native — trackpad pan with momentum, pinch to zoom, two-finger rotate, and a full keyboard layer for people who play fast.
